Nicole is a natural innovator with a diverse skill set and over 25 years of experience in the CPG industry. She has successfully developed products and packaging in the food and beverage sector, with a deep understanding of the challenges involved in bringing new items to market. Nicole holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois, a PMP certification, and a certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys renovation projects, international travel with her family, and being an active member of her congregation.
